ToughSkin rubberized case for the iPhone 3G

Nokia 2680 slide with AT&T logo spotted at FCC

AT&T might not be a household name in what companies call emerging markets but that little fact might soon change for good. FCC voyeurs have reported seeing a Nokia 2680 slide doing the rounds of the certification specialists proudly bearing an AT&T logo on its face. Carry on the flame with Bird’s Nest Cell Phone

Here’s yet another product looking to cash in on the Olympics’ craze. Imobile Phone V248 looks to squeeze into your assortment just before the sporting events end. The 2.4-inch touch screen phone is made to look like (no prizes for guessing) the Bird’s Nest Stadium. And for all the regular inspiration, I must confess, the phone does look kinda nice. On the specs front, it is the regular TV phone with commonplace features including 250k LCD, MP3 and FM support, Bluetooth stereo, 13.0 lacpixel camera, USB transfer and so on. If you are crazy enough to spend $295 on this golden color phone, then you may as well hurry about it so that you can flaunt it in time.

Samsung’s i8510 might overpower digital cameras

Samsung will shortly introduce i8510, a camera phone that comes with an eight mega pixel (MP) image sensor, the first of its kind on mobiles. With the introduction of this new feature, customers can now enjoy capturing high quality pictures compared to what it was on older mobile phones.

The i8150 camera phone with its capability to take high quality pictures identical to the ones taken on a digital camera, might as well lead to the end of digital cameras. Sources indicate that the pictures taken on the i8150 were the best ever to have been taken via a camera phone. Says Paul Nuttall, writer of What Digital Camera, that the open space between a digital camera and a camera phone has narrowed over the years and with the introduction of an 8 MP on mobiles, customers will find it difficult to distinguish an image taken with a 8 MP camera phone and a digital camera.

360 Touch Phone Concept: Slick looks and novel charging solution

If you could for a moment see beyond the amazing looks of 360 touch phone concept, you’d see that it is not all about superficiality. Instead it tries to incorporate every nice feature that is deemed necessary these days and still proposes something new. Designed by Eno Setiawan from Malaysia, 360 Touch Phone Concept is for a smartphone that has, well, a touch-screen. It has a rotating screen that makes it equally suited for left- and right-handed users. There’s also an accompanying stylus, camera with flash, and accelerometer technology. And as already said 360 concept promises a great charging option. It provides users with a charger adapter that can be plugged to either an electric plug or a USB one. The charging is then accomplished wirelessly. If only this were an actual product, I’d be so all over it!

MICROSOFT SURFACE! Take a Look!

The Next Step Into the Future!!!!!

What it is: A computer in the form of a table, using the hard acrylic tabletop as a high-resolution screen. First product from Microsoft's previously secret Surface Computing team, which has 120 employees.

How it works: The surface itself isn't touch-sensitive, but a series of cameras inside the table can see when someone places or drags a finger, hand or any other object on or across the tabletop screen. Internal projector lights screen from beneath.

Interface: People can use their hands to touch and move virtual objects on the screen, just as they would with a mouse on a traditional PC. The system also can recognize objects placed on the surface, based on their shape or on special codes affixed to them.

Size: 22 inches high, 21 inches deep, 42 inches wide, with 30-inch screen.

Technology: Uses a custom software interface on top of Microsoft's Windows Vista. Comes with wired Ethernet, integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless, hard drive and 1 GHz processor.

Initial customers: Harrah's Entertainment, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, T-Mobile and IGT, the gaming technology company. Microsoft says consumer availability is still a few years away.

Its Components:

1) Screen –There is a diffuser which turns the Surface’s acrylic tabletop into a large horizontal “multitouch” screen, which is capable of processing multiple inputs from multiple users. The Surface is so far advanced than we could imagine that it can recognize objects by their shapes or by reading coded “domino” tags when placed on the table.

2) Infrared –Surface’s “machine vision” operates in the near-infrared spectrum, using an 850-nanometer-wavelength LED light source aimed at the screen. When objects touch the tabletop, the light reflects back and is picked up by multiple infrared cameras with a net resolution of 1280 x 960.

3) CPU-Surface uses many of the same components found in everyday desktop computers — a Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM and a 256MB graphics card. Wireless communication with devices on the surface is handled using WiFi and Bluetooth antennas (future versions may incorporate RFID or Near Field Communications). The underlying operating system is a modified version of Microsoft Vista.

4) Projector -Microsoft’s Surface uses the same DLP light engine found in many rear-projection HDTV’s. The footprint of the visible light screen, at 1024 x 768 pixels, is actually smaller than the invisible overlapping infrared projection to allow for better recognition at the edges of the screen.

Motorola S9 Bluetooth Stereo Headphone

My choice of Headphones!!!

The Motorola S9 Blue tooth earphones twisted a fairly look on some heads when it was firstly announced. It’s much slighter than the other earphone as well as lighter than the other Blue tooth hi-fi headphones. It looks lightweight and sporty, and it’s mainly gives a chic looks when Beckham wears it. The Motorola S9 blue tooth headphone workings with phones for call as well as with mobile phones with the A2DP Blue tooth side view or media players through Blue tooth (using adapters or included) for wireless hi-fi songs playback.

The headphones present a very simple and elegant look, superior music quality and decent voice quality as well as it supports normal call running features. The earphones aren’t ideal but for persons who are looking for a pair of frivolous, water/fret opposing hi-fi earphones, the Motorola S9 is attractive to look.

The Motorola S9’s creatively light, slim and resilient design stands out. Dub as dynamic stereo headphones, the S9 is obviously embattled at users who are might jog and active, work out or motorbike with the headphones on. The Motorola S9 moreover has a stiff form that make sure the headphones stays on steadily still when your body is stirring.
